NC Heater Mini-A
The NC Heater Mini-A is an easy-to-use non-contact heater in a compact body. It is ideal for localized heating of small components and for small-batch heating in prototyping or R&D settings.
The NCH series covers a wide range from small-capacity AC100V-100W to large-capacity AC200V-3KW. Custom heater capacity, external dimensions, specified measurements, materials, and glass tube shape are available β manufactured from as little as one unit.

β οΈ Important Notes
β Air / Gas Piping
Prior to use, it is necessary to depressurize the air/gas piping system β including cylinders β in order to secure proper control of hot air flow rate.
β Electric Power Supply / Voltage
When using rated voltage, a voltage regulator is not required, but the specified minimum flow rate must always be maintained. In general, it is recommended to use a voltage regulator to adjust the temperature.
β Precautions
Β· Use air or inert gas (Nβ, Ar, etc.) only β never use flammable gas.
Β· When using a compressor, always use a filter to remove oil and moisture.
Β· As a routine, always follow the sequence: Fluid ON β Power ON β Power OFF β Fluid OFF, so that fluid is flowing whenever the heater is electrically powered.
Β· The minimum flow rate varies by model (e.g. 15 L/min or more for 100V-350W). Please consult us if a low flow rate is required.
