⚠️ Usage Precautions
■ Air / Gas piping
Depressurize air/gas piping (including cylinders) to ensure
proper flow rate control.
■ Power supply voltage
Rated voltage: no voltage regulator needed, but maintain
minimum flow rate. In general, use a voltage regulator to adjust temperature.
■ Precautions
· Use air or inert gas only (N₂, Ar, etc.) — no flammable gas.
· Filter oil and water when using a compressor.
· Always follow: Fluid ON → Power ON → Power OFF → Fluid OFF
· Minimum flow rate varies by model (e.g. 15L/min or more at 100V-350W).
