Cast Iron Solder Bath Features
When the ceramic solder bath lineup does not fit your dimensional requirements, we offer custom-made cast iron solder baths in various sizes and dimensions.
Conventional metal baths tend to be excessively eroded by lead-free solder at temperatures above 400°C (752°F), causing deterioration of the solder and potential quality problems.
Our cast iron solder bath has an anti-oxidized surface and can withstand continuous operation at temperatures above 480°C (896°F), offering longer service life and higher safety than ordinary metal baths.
